And, if all sectors of the economy have been affected in some way, the real estate market was no different, as these changes have had an impact on business models. “Today, this change in consumption habits has led to a boom in businesses focused on logistics, in so-called Last Mile ventures, where the goal is to have logistics warehouses close to metropolitan areas, and now we are seeing the growth of dark kitchens, restaurant kitchens that will not exist physically, they will only be delivery companies”, comments Claudio Hermolin, CEO of Primaz.
